What's up with the invoice?

Hello,
Help me figure it out, maybe I'm stupid. 241.42usd was deducted
from the card in favor of Amazon.
I went to look at the billing and saw the following picture:
fcbc3af28e774bac966fa198f51db4c2.png
It says that I allegedly rent three instances from them:
$0.882 per On Demand Linux c4.4xlarge Instance Hour 81 Hrs $71.44
$1.763 per On Demand Linux c4.8xlarge Instance Hour 78 Hrs $137.51
$2.6 per On Demand Linux g2.8xlarge Instance Hour 10 Hrs $26.00
BUT I didn't actually rent them! ))
I have three t2.micro (but NOT xlarge) which, as far as I know, are free during the first year, and besides, they have been stopped for 15-20 days.

Tell me how to deal with this situation? Technical support is silent
Thank you

@opium

You have instances in Northern Virginia on billing, and you show Oregon on the second screen,
change the location in the upper right in the menu
