Good afternoon. Here's the problem:
I reinstalled the system from Windows 7 to Windows 8.1.
During calls via Skype, video communication is not transmitted through the WebCam SC-03FFL11939N.
Skype 7.0
In other applications, the camera does not turn on either. With firewood everything is smooth, there are no question marks in the Dispatcher. Device description - USB video device.
Please tell me how to solve this problem.
