I want to hear and see what is happening in my Skype on my phone when I am currently using Skype from my computer.
For example, I speak on Skype from a phone with some person, but then I log in from the same account that is on the phone on another device (from a computer), but so that the current call is not interrupted on the phone!

Skype does not allow you to call yourself. Look for something similar in functionality to "radio nanny".
