How to connect a tablet to a computer as a webcam via usb?

I have a Lenovo A2107 XD01306324 tablet. I'm trying to connect it as a webcam to my computer, but something doesn't work. Tried through IP Camera Adapter and through DroidCam Wireless Webcam. Maybe someone will advise?

1. First, enable USB debugging (Settings -> Applications -> Development -> USB Debugging).
2. We are looking for the application "USB Webcam for Android" in the market. We launch the program and connect the tablet to the computer using USB.
3. For everything to work completely, you need to go to the official page of the PC application - USB Webcam PC Host, and then download it.
4. Now you need to run the application on your computer. To do this, run "usbwebcam.bat". It is located in the folder where the program is installed.

I can not download through the play market application "USB Webcam for Android". And in Google Store you can, but not for my tablet
