Server aggregator of messengers?

Are there any ready-made messenger aggregators that work as a server?
The task is to launch an aggregator on the server that would receive / transmit messages via several protocols (mainly Skype and Vkontakte), working as a gateway under the control of the client (say, via jabber).
There are many aggregators working on the client side - the same Pidgin or Miranda. There are enough Jabber servers too.
But for some reason, I did not find systems that combine these functions - although, it would seem, the task is important and lying on the surface.
If there is something ready - please tell me.
If there are any reasons why there is no ready-made one, please explain why they are not there. Because it's very surprising.

There are currently no reliable developments for Skype.
Because proprietary and client and server and protocol. Reverse engineering is lagging behind.
The purple-skypeweb plugin seems to be unstable.
And the bottom line is that Skype has not been #1 for a long time.
And therefore, those who need convenient notifications have given up on reverse engineering and quite easily switched to messengers with a normal and convenient API from developers (telegram, whatsapp, etc).

And what a surprise. The Skype protocol is closed, Microsoft protects it, there are no third-party clients for it, even the integration API has been curtailed. So somehow without it :)
