Someone who called from Skype to mobile phones, tell me: what is the Skype number in this case? Defined for all calls from this account, or is the phone random for each new call?

Random. Various European countries were on skype calls to my mobile. Perhaps the list is limited to some specific countries where they have servers, but the Small Soft servers, I think, are everywhere.
