Skype for business call break when changing client IP - how to win?

Hey!

We use Skype for business. The problem is that many phones jump between different networks during a call (for example, they jump from WiFi to 4G), as a result of which the caller is naturally thrown away from the call. Other instant messengers (Whatsapp celebrations) in such a situation are simply corny automatically reconnecting back ... Skype just flies out of the call conf / p2p call :((( Is there a mechanism or a crutch to force Skype to reconnect automatically?
