Skype canceled humanoid id, which can be inserted into a business card?

Registered a new skype. I thought it would be the old way, with a humanoid id. But no. now the saying live: and something from the name. Silence in the manuals. Support deeply do not care. There are a ton of similar unanswered questions on the Skype forum.
Question, does the normal id for Skype no longer exist? If they exist, how to do it?
PS I would never have thought that I would ever ask such a question.

Everything goes in strict accordance with Parkinson's Law : The penultimate stage in the development of a large corporation that continues to grow fat is when the interests of end users become indifferent to it. The last stage - it falls apart. It is close, it is necessary to switch to an alternative.
I never thought that I would ever ask such a question.
Well, why ... Advanced users have been concerned for two or three years now - where to go ...
My opinion is that Skype should be abandoned forever and completely.
I join. My suggestion is to migrate to Wire in bulk. It is also possible on Tox, but it is damp and slow due to the torrent protocol. And Wire - although not an open project, but for the time being (PMSM) its authors can be trusted. So far, they seem to have not become ugly and look like decent people, something like Skype at the beginning of its journey. By the way, there are also ex-Skypeers in the Wire team - this gives hope that the options will be implemented at least no worse than in Skype.
I have set both for myself, now I am solving the main (and it seems overwhelming) task - to lure my entire Skype contact list there.
Well, nothing, now many are switching to all sorts of vatsaps, telegrams, vibers ...
As an alternative to Skype, they are not suitable! Skype, when authorizing and registering, does not require anything other than an email, and this gives a much more intimate thing - a mobile number. In addition, requiring a mobile phone number means not taking into account a fairly large circle of users who do not have one (say, who do not want their trajectory to be tracked).
Excuses. If you are not a 100-year-old grandmother and not a homeless person, you have a smartphone. So there is no reason not to use Viber.
See above.
