Why can't Skype work over wi-fi?
We have: tp-link router TL-WR841N Win
10 laptop with Skype
Problem - when talking after a certain time, an interruption occurs, and so no matter how much you say. Approximately every 30 seconds, the connection is interrupted (all sounds are chewed, crazy brakes occur, etc., etc., in short, it feels like a high ping in an online game). Such is nonsense. The problem is not in the computer, the problem is in the router (this does not happen with other wi-fi at all, when connecting the wire directly to the computer, there are no problems either).
How to configure the router so that this problem does not exist? Or you can’t set it up like that and you need to buy a new router? I beg your help ... such a swindler is already just sick of it. It is impossible to talk normally on Skype with wi-fi.

You yourself localized the problem ... Everything else works, the computer works by wire, it does not pull only via wi-fi. The router, judging by the description of the problem, has nothing to do with it at all. Do you have a full card or USB whistle in your computer? This happens to them under load, as it happened from overheating.
"connecting wires directly to the computer" what does it mean? Twisted pair from the router or twisted pair from the provider, bypassing the router? If the first case, then the Wi-Fi module of the router is to blame, if the second, then the router itself periodically turns off or freezes. It can hang from overheating, maybe because of the firmware.
