Equipment for conferences and presentations?

Good afternoon!
The management set the task of organizing a corner for video conferences (Skype or something similar) in the office of the big bosses + the ability to make presentations for guests.
While it is planned to hang the motorized screen from the ceiling so that it slides in and out on its own, there is a projector in front of it.
And then the uncertainty begins. You need sound, a camera and microphones.
So far, only a projector with built-in speakers came to mind. And the thought of wireless microphones. Hang some ordinary camera (Logitech USB) above the screen. Put the microphones, camera and projector on the nettop and put it behind the cabinet.
So far everything I've thought of.
The main requirement is beautiful and without mountains of wires.
Please share your experience - how do you solve such problems? The budget is basically a secondary issue. It is necessary - they will buy, but without fanaticism.

I saw in one meeting room in the center of a round table a cunning microphone with a circular pattern - especially for conferences. IMHO for a small room with one table is better. Speakers, perhaps, I would use external ones in the corners of the room - everyone will hear it that way.

If the budget is not too tight, I recommend this one . We have been using it for 3 years already. High-quality sound, image. Automatic focus on the current participant, panoramic view of the entire room, the ability to dial from the panel, address book. Powerful device.

For executive offices, a minimal and simple video conferencing set is a speakerphone and a camera. Yes, the speakerphone is wired, but the quality will exceed all sorts of wires, which are generally minimal.
I used this speakerphone: unitsolutions.ru/speakerphones/duet-executive.html the quality is on top.
The webcam for conferences is: unitsolutions.ru/web-camera/logitech-hd-pro-webcam...
If the budget allows, I recommend paying attention to such an assembly for the management office.
