Are there subtitle generators for group audio calls?

About three years ago I saw how Microsoft showed what seemed to be even a simultaneous machine translation system for Skype. Does something similar exist now?
Condition:
To interact with English-speaking colleagues, I would like their speech to be translated into text, as YouTube does with subtitles.
