How to set up a public network as a working one?

There is a network in which 5 clients and 1 RDP server. This network has a WiFi router. All have static IPs. When the router turns off the network, it flies to an unidentified network and becomes a public network from the enterprise network, which is why it is not possible to connect via RDP. How to configure so that even when the public network can be connected via RDP?

Write in the DNS settings - the address of the server, not the router.
