Why does 1C not start?

Good day. I use Windows server 2012, and set up the 1C program. The PC admin starts 1C normally, but if another user connects to this PC through the terminal, then 1C starts up, gives a program error and closes 1C. What to do?

Try to promote the user. If it helps, check the access rights to the program directory, the directory with the database and the user registry.
And yes, have you tried running it in compatibility mode?
