Permission granted, but I can't enter the folder, why?

Access rights

Entered the server under the UZ, which is part of the "Domain Admins" group.
UAC is enabled on the server and permissions are given to the folder for the Domain Admins group.
When I try to enter the folder, I get a notification that I do not have rights.
I can give them to myself explicitly, but I would like to do everything correctly and understand why it does not work out permissions for the group, which includes my UZ.

Create a regular group, give it rights and add an account to the group.
