How to set up a custom filter for the 1C Bitrix Admin app?

There is a 1C Bitrix administration application , everywhere in the description it is written that there is a custom order filter and that it can be configured in the site admin panel from a computer ... but I can’t figure out where and how to do it ... Maybe someone knows? Thank you all in advance...
