How to set RDP limit?

Good afternoon!
Can you please tell me how (which GPO?) is configured to restrict connection to RDP from only one domain account?
At the moment, if the user connects both via RDP and RemoteApp, then the manager displays 2 connections, respectively 2 licenses (User Cal). I want to limit connections: 1 user = 1 connection.
