Why does an error occur on a Windows Server 2008 r2 server?

Our company has an RDP server installed on Windows Server 2008 R2.
Which employees connect to

Sometimes the error

"Terminal Server security level detected an error in the protocol flow and disconnected this client. Client IP address: 127.0.0.1."
Source TemDD Event
code 56

It turns out that the server is trying to disconnect itself.
