Vmware workstation wifi rdp?

I can’t set up a wifi network between the host and vm (for connecting rdp without access to the Internet), the machines don’t ping each other ... I use a bridge (wireless connection) network adapter. Everything works great in VirtualBox. (If I'm new to this, more like a noob)

Perhaps the bridge in vmware is configured with a different network card.
