Disabling smart card forwarding in rdp?
There is a server with Windows 2003 on board. Recently, a Bank client was transferred to the server, which works through the Rainbow iKey 1000 key (it is defined in the system as a smart card). In theory, the accountant should connect to the terminal, launch the Client Bank, carry out all operations and close. But the banking software does not see the key point-blank. I did not bother, I told the accountant to use the key from my computer, and in the rdp settings I allowed the forwarding of smart cards. And everything was fine, until the director wanted to see all payments in the Client Bank. The option “Go to the accountant for the key through the whole office” did not suit him. I started googling and found out that smart cards in the system are being replaced by smart cards of users of terminal clients. I haven't been able to find any info on how to disable it. In group policies, set a ban on the redirection of data from smart cards, but nothing happened. Is it really impossible to use a key connected directly to the server? Yes, the VNC option doesn't work for me.
