Throws out local user when logging in via RDP, how to fix?

There are windows xp with old software, previously computers were connected over the network and worked by connecting a network drive, now they installed windows 7 almost everywhere, and the software began to work incorrectly.
It was decided to work through RDP, but the problem is that when you log in via RDP to WinXP, it throws out the local user, and vice versa, if you log in as a user, it throws out RDP.
How to solve this problem?

There is a Windows 2003 Server + terminal server - and the old software will work, and several RDP sessions will start at the same time.
There is a patch for XP that removes the limit on the number of RDP sessions, but this is a violation of the license.

This is normal behavior. One user can only have one session. Create a second user with lesser rights, older editions of 7ki allow simultaneous work locally and via RDP.
