How to see network behind VPN PPTP client?

There is a VPN server via PPTP 10.192.0.1 raised to DEBIAN
Distributes addresses to clients, respectively 10.192.0.0.24
Network A
Gateway (Zyxel Keenetik) receives from the server 10.192.0.10 and itself has the address 192.168.13.1 and is located on the subnet 192.168.13.0/24
Network B
Windows Server 2008 R2 receives 10.192.0.146 from the server and itself has the address 192.168.0.251 and is located on the subnet
192.168.0.0/24 address 10.192.0.146 in all places and the VPN server and network A. Even 192.168.0.251 does not ping. How to make Network A fully see Network B? Firewall is off.

You need to configure each machine on Network B with a static route to Network A, and vice versa.
Or transfer the vpn client and server in both networks to the default gateways.
