Given: laptops, smartphones. They have a wireguard client. All traffic from them goes to the server with wireguard vpn.
Task: redirect traffic to the conditional site vasyapupkin.ru to another server.

Why is this needed? Then, that some sites do not open if you have a foreign ip address. For such sites and applications, you need to make sure that they open through a vpn server with an ip address in the country you need.

All this needs to be configured on the server side, because. normal users will not be able to edit the wireguard config. They need to be as simple as possible - on / off.

How to implement such routing?

If this can be done with wireguard, great. Well, if 3proxy.

Not if you don’t have a proxy, or another VPN with an IP range allocated for the desired country, through which routes can be assigned.

through the routing table. It is responsible for which network connection will be used for the specified IP. You need to disable the default route and register the desired IP. I think it is possible to do this in the wireguard config, otherwise through scripts.
