What VPN settings to use for Mac?

I have a Windows 10 computer with the Cisco AnyConnect Secure Mobility Client installed. With it, I connect via VPN using my username / password.
I want to connect via VPN in the same way using another computer with macOS. In a regular VPN client, 3 connection options are possible:

• L2TP over IPSec
  
• Cisco IPSec
  
• IKEv2
  

Actually, two points:
1. What type of connection to use?
2. The first 2 types require a pre-shared key, which is not very clear where to pull it out from, it is not displayed anywhere in the Cisco VPN client (or I didn’t search well). How to see it?

The above methods will not work for you, as far as I remember Cisco AnyConnect uses SSL. You will need to install the client. Cisco AnyConnect
