VPN for P2P and torrenting?
Good day everyone!
Recommend a vpn service for distributing torrents? At the moment, frootvpn is being used with a reasonable price tag and a good download speed (3mb / s on average), but the upload speed is just at the bottom (100kb / s is the maximum that can be squeezed out of one distribution, and on average even less - 20-50 kb/s).
Maybe I'm doing something wrong?
Permissible price tag up to $10. (it would be nice with a test period of at least a couple of days)
