Software VPN breaks when connected via RDP. How to fix?
There is a server with Win 2008 R2 x64. Several users have been created on it who connect via RDP (Remote App, but if you just open the desktop, the problem is the same). The Bel VPN Client 4.1 program is installed on the server. Basically a software vpn. At startup, it asks to press a button to connect. So if someone connects via RDP, then the vpn connection is disconnected. How can I "share" this connection for remote users? They must go through this vpn to a specific site. I will say right away if in the properties of the network connection in the Access tab check the box "Allow all users to use this connection" then vpn does not work at all (does not connect).

The issue was resolved as follows: The Bel VPN Client 4.1 program has the option "Non-interactive login mode" by default, when changing the user, it terminates the connection. (Although why it breaks on the terminal server is not clear). Set HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\VPN Agent\NonInteractiveLogin to 1 or HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\VPN
Agent\NonInteractiveLogin to 1 in the registry. RDP connection no longer terminates the session.
You need to configure this client to run as a system service (with the launch, most likely, on behalf of NT AUTHORITY \ NETWORK SERVICE), then it should work regardless of RDP connections.
