How to scale monitor resolution in mac os like in Windows?

Using the scaling function, for example, in the intel hd graphics control panel, see the screenshot, we can set the scaling to the center and when setting a lower resolution, it does not stretch to the entire monitor screen, but decreases to the specified resolution.
