How to restore Windows if the bootres.DLL file breaks?
Windows 10,
"Corrupted boot\resources\custom\bootres.dll, an important boot file."
The system only boots into recovery mode.
The system includes all possible features of backups, and the system itself cannot restore this file.
1. I don’t want to restore from a restore point, because such a restore works strangely, restoring/deleting/creating files using an unknown algorithm and with an unknown result. And I think there are other ways.
2. Dism, sfc commands from the recovery environment work exactly with the recovery environment, without changing or restoring files in the operating system
3. Bootrec does not help, but, I suspect, the remark from the previous paragraph applies to it
4. During the life of the system, the backup system created three vhdx images - a disk image with the system and images of two auxiliary disks, including, apparently, a disk with a bootloader. I think I need to restore from one of these images, but I don't know how.
Who knows how to restore the file and make the system bootable?
