Windows 7 won't start, why?

Hello. I decided to install the seven next to Windows 11. I downloaded the build of Windows 7 with drivers here
. I follow these instructions
. My computer is modern, all computer components are 2020.
Characteristics:
Processor: Intel Core i5 10400
RAM: 8 GB DDR4
Motherboard: ASROCK H470M-HDV

After installation, Windows 7 does not start. The logo just glows and nothing happens. What to do in this case?

Windows 7 is not supported by the motherboard chipset and your processor as legacy. Put it in a virtual machine if you really need it.

7 has been out of date for two years now. put 10, because 11 is still raw
