Does the keyboard and mouse turn off when resetting the computer?

When the computer is returned to its original state, the keyboard and mouse are turned off, the computer restarts and a keyboard layout selection appears, which I cannot influence in any way. I know. Tell me what?

If you mean rollback to the original state, then during such an operation, Windows removes all drivers for devices connected later.
1. If you have a USB keyboard and mouse, you may just need to wait for the OS to initialize them and install the drivers, after which they will start working
2. Check the BIOS settings, USB keyboard and mouse support may be disabled
3. I encountered a situation where you need to use PS / 2 at the beginning, and then after the USB OS is fully loaded, they are already pulled up normally.
I think you have three options.

On ancient, by modern standards, motherboards, this happened and a PS / 2 keyboard was required, especially if the OS is XP.
Disabling USB keyboard and mouse support in the BIOS affects keyboard behavior in the BIOS itself. Then the OS still loads the drivers it needs. PS / 2 keyboard ask for an hour from any friend or for 50r. in the commission. Since you are using old equipment, you may need more. Good luck.
