How to run selenoid on windows?

I use the following command in cmd:

C:\Users\user\Downloads\cm_windows_<code></code>amd64.exe selenoid start --browsers 'chrome:89.0' --args '-limit 1000'

on the link localhost:4444/status I get:

{"total":5,"used":0,"queued":0,"pending":0,"browsers":{}}

can't figure out why browsers are not showing up? and also the limit is not 1000, but 5 according to the standard
