Why does Explorer consume 3GB of memory?

The memory load percentage has sharply increased, the dispatcher has turned on and I see this:
please tell me what to do? Ofayu it starts to fly, after a while it starts and slows down.

There was a similar situation, though with bitdefender. Memory grew by leaps and bounds. After a working day (terminal server) it was necessary to do a rebut.
It turned out that the agent could not connect to the update server. And so I decided that it’s good to eat memory in this case :-)
Open the resource monitor and look there
