How to restore the work of win10?

Hello. Need help with a computer. Installed win10 version 1607 (os build 14393.576). Last night, when loading a location in the game destiny2, a black screen appeared and reading from the disk stopped (indicator on the case). I pressed the power button once and after a few minutes it turned itself off. Then, at startup, bsod system service expention was displayed. After the reboot, it started up as always, but program errors from startup started pouring down, everything was mixed up in the start menu and the folders were marked as new, as well as the files in the explorer, when they tried to open them, they wrote that it was impossible to open because the disk was damaged.
When you start in safe mode, the files open. Crystal disk info said the disk was fine.
Unfortunately there are no restore points.
tested commands:
chkdsk - disk is corrupted, fix and after reboot it looks again for that disk is corrupted.
sfc / scannow - 16% and then windows resource protection could not perform the requested operation.
Dism /online/cleanup-image/scanhealth- error 605 an error occured accessing the temporary folder.

The whocrashed and bluescreen programs did not find the dump describing yesterday's bsod

to get the files and reinstall the most extreme option, since a lot of things are configured (docker, photoshop, hyperV, resiliosync ..)

this series of luck did not end and I switched to diagnostic startup mode. at the moment I can not log into the system so at startup the password entry window does not appear. rebooting with the shift key pressed, as well as clicking f8 / f11 at startup, did not bring any results.
now I'm creating a bootable USB flash drive with the installation of win10 in order to enable / disable safe mode through the command line

thanks
