How to set up an account in WIN10 for access through TEAMVIEWER?

There was a need for a colleague to give access to his computer through a team viewer, it is important that he has access to only one program and one directory, from which he will take the resulting file from him.

1) Create a limited user account.
2) Deny him access to all folders except for his profile - so that he cannot read and write anything anywhere except% userprofile%
3) Turn on the software restriction policy so that he cannot start anything extra.
Why teamviewer? Isn't it easier than RDP?
