The terminal is beneficial where there are dynamic loads on the computing system (1s, office and similar crap). Where one is actively working and 10 are idle on a shared resource.
In a computer class, the load is almost always static: All 25 people do the same thing at the same time.
Accordingly, there is no benefit in resource allocation by the terminal server.
Therefore, it is always beneficial to build computer classes on local hardware: PC, nettop, barebone, monoblock, laptop.
