Why is the server accessible via "remote desktop connection" while its IIS web server is not IP accessible via an external browser?
There is a server. It is running Windows Server 2016 Standard. I connect to it via "Remote Desktop Connection" via IP with port 6253.
There is 1C and I need to publish http services. Judging by the YouTube videos, the first step is to install the IIS server in the server manager. It should open through 127.0.0.1 from the server itself, as well as from the outside by IP (the same one that I specify when connecting to a remote desktop).
IIS already stood in the server manager, it works (marked in green). At 127.0.0.1, the IIS start page opens. But from the outside on IP of the server nothing opens. I specified from the provider - the IP of the server is external and static. Tell me what could be the problem? I am not at all versed in system administration and advice like "forward ports" or "check the firewall" will not help. If it doesn't make it difficult, throw off articles that will help. I just don't even know how to google this problem. Thank you in advance.

My html is loaded in 600ms. everything else except for one weird script returning 404 - just over a second. We conclude: the point is the distance between you and the server. Specifically for you, this server is regionally slow
Hello!
1) measure site optimization by gtmetrix (pagespeed, yslow), as well as pagespeed
https://gtmetrix.com/
https://developers.google.com/speed/pagespeed/insights/
2) In fact:
site loading time is 5 seconds . weight 860 kb.
Using caching plugins (I usually use fastest cache + fastest cache premium) + CDN connection (cloudflare free) + image optimization + can help speed up the site.
There is a pretty good set of plugins for website optimization, but these plugins need to be installed and configured (out of the box they just don't work).

Here you have a plugin for creating critical CSS, and much more (http2-push ....)
Well, as it were, forward the ports
And make sure that the router can (or set) the so-called. hairpin nat
how to open port you need 80 and 443

how to publish 1c

but shining 1s is a bad idea. It is better to make a vpn so that your employees enter the network through it.
Here is an example for Mikrotik

Because access to the remote desktop is configured, but not to the web server.
Ports forwarded necessary?
I am not at all versed in system administration and advice like "forward ports" or "check the firewall" will not help.Well then, either go to study as a system administrator, or invite a system administrator.
