The order of my actions.

Looks like you missed the point.
To access your computer from the Internet , you need to have a white IP address.
If it is, then you can forward ports from the router, which is assigned a white address, to the computer.
If it's not there, what's the point of throwing it? Still no access.

A local address of zeros is normal and correct. The main question - have you tried to play a toy? What address did your friends try to knock on?
