How to restore the work of 32-bit applications?

Good day. The problem is the following. After using the winsxslite program in Windows, all 32-bit applications stopped running. At startup, an error with the code 0xc000007b is issued. The system reinstall is highly undesirable. What can you advise to do?
From what has been done:
- copied dlls from Microsoft Redistribute from a working OS
- sfc /scannow
- chkdsk /f /r
- regsvr32 for all dlls in system32 (in progress)
Added1: no restore points.
Added2: looked at the dependencies of the same TotalCommander (looked by him). First highlighted in yellow with an exclamation point is kernel32.dll. Secondly, it refers to some comctl32.dll in the bowels of WinSxS, and on another machine, the same dll is searched for in another Winsxs folder. kernel32 from another machine (with dependencies) causes a blue screen on boot.

@GavriKos

No shamanism had any effect. I had to roll Windows over with an update - everything was fixed, the majority of programs work.
