Guys, I bought an iPhone, before that I made a backup copy of WhatsApp correspondence on Google Drive. On the iPhone, he does not want to restore through Google, only through iclaud. How can I recover correspondence? I really need the information that is out there.

If you had an iPhone before, make a backup from it to icloud again and restore it to a new one from there.
