IPhone 3Gs suddenly lost the network and never found (unlocked)?

I flashed the iPhone 3Gs on 5.0.1, made an untethered jail and installed ultraSn0w. Worked for a couple of days and lost the network. Reinstalling the firmware and re-jail did not help. Rollback to 4.1 did not help either. WiFi is working.
What could it be?

The same garbage was with the old iPhone. I reflashed and turned it into an iPod :( My trouble was that a new firmware rolled onto the radio module (judging by the forums), and I didn’t want to recover. I didn’t fix it, I gave the player to a friend.

Have you tried another sim card? There was a similar situation, it turned out Simka died. Ordered another and everything is ok.

4S all have the same disease right now. look for 5.0.1.406. it is more stable.

So I rolled back to iOS 4.1 and I have 3Gs.
