How to ship iPhones from the USA?

There is a demand for used iPhones 3G/3GS/4. There is a partner in the USA who buys those from friends, 2-3 phones per month.
Tell me which delivery method from the USA (New York) to Russia (Samara) is the most painless?
The speed of delivery does not matter, the main thing is cheap and at least some guarantees.

Doing this a bit, my advice:
Forget about UPS and DHL, the price is high and there will be a lot of problems on our side.
Send only USPS, US government. mail. For international shipments, they have three options: first-class, priority, and express mail. First class is the cheapest, but not tracked in Russia, not suitable.
Express on our side is transferred to EMS, the most expensive option, but not the best - in reality, the delivery time almost does not decrease, plus they have their own customs post, where the flow of parcels is less. Accordingly, the likelihood that you will be checked is higher.
The best option is USPS Priority mail. Shipments with a track, on our side, are delivered by regular mail to your office, there is a cost calculator on the usps website.
A few tips: send to different recipients, for each no more than a couple of times a month. Each parcel contains no more than 2-3 devices, write used cellphone, broken phone for parts or similar on the declaration. The inscription iphone on the declaration should not be. Estimate accordingly at $30-50.
It is better not to indicate the gift mark in the declaration.
Pack your devices well ! So that the box could play football. More bubble wrap, double box.

From the US, you send first class mail with insurance and a tracking number by regular mail. All this is delivered to your door in Russia by EMS. The cost of sending one iPhone will be $20-30.
I sent a bunch of electronics this way: Kindles, iPhones and even a MacBook. Everything comes without the slightest problem.
