Good day!
What are some good iPhone apps for learning English? Preferably work offline. It will be great if you can listen to texts with subtitles.

Under iOS, I often practice offline on LinguaLeo .
I also use a dictionary that never fails: ABBYY Lingvo
English basics, grammar, etc.: MyEnglish
