perhaps you meant version iOS 5.0.1 6.15.00 and not iPhone?

I also have a locked 5.0.1 but the firmware of the modem is native (04.10.01)
SAM helped :)
There is an opinion that the problem is in the iPad firmware, but before giving up, I would flash it again and put SAM on a clean firmware
