Apple changing or repairing the iPhone?

Is it true that in the first year of applying under warranty, Apple replaces iPhones with new ones, and then only repairs them?

Yes, there was a jamb of the power controller, the phone was bought in the UK,
took it in St. Petersburg to one semi-official (or maybe it has some kind of licenses) service
for 4k it was sent to Europe and a new device came from there

Truth. The main point here is that the equipment must be purchased from authorized Apple dealers. If this is not the case, then the outcome of the situation is unpredictable. Sometimes they go forward and change devices, or they can easily refuse.
