How to remove the stroke when creating a vector rectangle?

Photoshop CC.
Terribly infuriates when creating each vector shape to turn off the stroke. Sometimes I just forget, and then these jambs pop up.
Is it possible to somehow disable the creation of strokes when creating vector shapes?

Alternatively, you can reset all settings and warnings to default:
1) when starting Photoshop, hold down the ctrl + shift + alt key combination
2) or "Edit" --> "Preferences" --> "General" ----> " Reset all warning dialogs" & "Reset preferences on quit"
Then create a new shape and select a white rectangle crossed out with a red line in the "Stroke" column.
Then go to layers and apply any effect on the newly created shape,
for example, a shadow and press the button " Make Default”, it is located at the bottom of the form:
I have a problem with “remembering” Photoshop’s effect settings appeared in CC 2015.
I cured it with this method, but it still crashes sometimes. The reason is not clear, we are waiting for an update.
Maybe the scroll will be fixed :)
PS: there is still a problem with remembering settings in portable versions of the program.
