How to make background inside text?

How to do something similar? To have a background with an image behind the text.

In the layers panel, place the image on the top layer, and the text directly below it, hold Alt and hover over the gap between the layers. The cursor will change to an arrow at a 90 degree angle, now click and the top image layer will fit into the shape of the layer below (i.e. the text in this case). The keyboard shortcut for this action is Alt + Ctrl(Cmnd) + G, just don't forget to select the desired layer before doing this (pressing the keys will fit the currently selected layer into the one below it).
