How to remotely reboot a PHP server with the Bitrix shell?

There is a server that hangs regularly. Until the problem with this is solved in terms of performance, I want to automate its reboot.
Please advise how to do this using php, given that when I connect via ssh, I don’t get into the file structure, as always, into some kind of Bitrix shell (screenshot)

You are connecting to a virtual machine where this modified shell is spinning.
It is logical that you need to connect to the server where the virtual machine is running and restart the container from there.

In the admin version there is an item Virtual server reboot
