How to reflect receipts from Upwork to Skrill for tax purposes for individual entrepreneurs?
Hello!
I work for Upwork, in the middle of the year I registered an IP. IP did not start a settlement account. thought I could do without it. It was probably necessary to withdraw money through a wire transfer, but it was too late, I was withdrawing money according to the scheme Upwrork -> Skrill -> Physical account. faces. Actually, it's time to pay the first advance payment for the quarter, and I don't even really know how to properly account for income.
How should this be reflected for the tax office and what documents may she need in general?
I myself have two options:
1) Reflect receipts on Skrill, transfer to rubles on the day of receipt and count 6% from there (but in theory, you need to count 6% of the entire Upwork contract amount, and not from the amount that fell on the Skrill). Plus, it's not very clear what to write here. "Receipt of money to Skrill e-wallet"? The IRS will go crazy with this, I think.
2) Reflect only receipts directly to the bank account, and count 6% from there. But as if I did not withdraw to the account immediately, and money could be delayed on Skrill for a very long time, or withdrawn in parts.
And besides, excite documents. What documents may be required by the tax office? What if I, perhaps, will soon leave Russia for permanent residence, which means I will close the IP and have to appear in person, can they then get to the bottom of something? And if so, what is the threat?
Thank you!

Well, let's start with the fact that Skrill is banned in Russia - their site is blocked (if your provider does not already do this, then this is an accident). But the tax authorities may not know about it.
Secondly, you need not only payment, but also an agreement and acts.
The agreement and acts can be given to you by Upwork.
And the payment will come from Skrill
. You will not bring it together in any way.
You need to withdraw directly from Upwork to a bank account.
The rubles withdrawn from the ATM from Skryl should be indicated in KUDiR as income. Pay tax on this amount. When working as an individual entrepreneur, you can receive money in cash, they must be reflected in your book of income and expenses and pay tax (6% if you are on the simplified tax system 6% - minus social taxes). Formally, it will turn out the same as if the client paid you in cash in rubles for the work. It’s slippery, but there is tax payment, you didn’t physically receive the currency.
It is logical not to show income in any way and close the IP, since you are leaving.

There is no way to do this legally, if you start making out the wiring through an individual entrepreneur, you will get a lot of headaches and fines. You, as an individual entrepreneur, can receive currency only to a transit account, and then go through currency control.
Sanctions? Well, if the amount is not very large, most likely nothing will happen, but how lucky.
On what basis did you accept payments to the account of an individual? If so, then you have income tax and your IP registration does not matter at all.
