How do you monitor projects on Upwork? Applications, RSS, etc.?

Good time!
Friends, tell me, who monitors projects on the uprock? Yes, I saw a similar topic created here a couple of years ago, but all the applications and services suggested there are no longer functioning.
I don’t have the opportunity to view new projects 24/7, but from my own experience I see that the sooner I respond and describe my proposal for the client in more detail, the higher the probability of taking the project for myself (of course, I didn’t discover America with this).
So, can you advise something working on iOS, or with email notifications? With filters and updates not once an hour, but more often. Desktop solutions are inconvenient because I am not always near the computer.
Thanks in advance for your advice.

If you are doing simple cheap work, this seems to make sense.
But there are millions of such works, it makes no sense to monitor them.
You will monitor for some time.... But there are so many orders that soon you will start to ignore them.
If you do complex work, there is a completely different market.
There are too few specialists. Customers do not take the one who used to be.

The big minus of their RSS is that it does not give the work right away. Usually they arrive with a delay of about 5 minutes and during this time 50+ Indians can crowd there.

I don’t monitor it myself, but Google has a service for such things: https://www.google.ru/alerts
Instead of RSS-feed, you can specify to receive by mail, collect mail with imap, and then parse the list of links, follow the links and plunder for more information.

Use the most convenient thing you can find for Upwork, arrives faster than the upwork gives out and nothing more

This is certainly not for upwork.
I don't know how it works. But at one time I monitored freelance through a self-written parser.
I configured it for myself and launched it by cron.
Plus, you can customize your parser as you like. Even send notifications via SMS and telegrams. Thankfully it's all within reach.
But this is my case, whether it will fit or not, this is already a matter of technique.
