What WordPress projects to fill in the portfolio if there are no real projects on it yet?

I will provide services for the development of sites on this engine, however, there is nothing in the portfolio for it. PHP I know, the engine itself is small, but enough to install, customize themes, add new logic, etc.
Interested in the topics of sites that are often ordered on freelance exchanges, including Odesk. I will be glad if you advise 3-4 topics, which demos to file to fill out the portfolio.
These projects will be deployed on Heroku and will be demonstrated to potential customers.
