How to reduce the RPM of proliant dl60 gen9 coolers on esxi5.5?

We have proliant dl60 gen9
Free Esxi 5.5U3 (custom build, not from the HP website) up to 32 GB of memory
While Windows was in 2012 - everything worked at 10-30% Speed Fan
Installed esxi - and it started ... At least 72%
